You're just in denial now. Sasuke is the reincarnation of Indra, so he doesn't need transplantation of Indra's chakra or anything of the sort, only Ashura's. He was implanted with Hashirama's cells. Get over it.

Sasuke's eye is a rinnegan , Kishimoto called that eye a rinnegan , you<Kishimoto.

Look, what Sasuke has is a Rinnegan. What Madara has, is 3 Rinnegan. There is no 1/3 of a Rinnegan, or 1/100000000000000000000 of a Juubi tail or whatever, there is only Rinnegan. Mangekyou Sharingan are Sharingan, no matter the cosmetic features, the abilities and whatnot. There is no fraction of something. There is Rinnegan, and only Rinnegan.

Hagoromo said that to unlock the Rinnegan, you need to combine the chakra of his sons, Ashura and Indra. He did so, and unlocked Hagoromo's Rinnegan, not the Juubi's. Hagoromo gained HIS form, of the Rinnegan. Do not forget that the only reason that Madara has the Juubi's Rinnegan is because he is the Juubi Jinchuuriki. There is a difference between the Sage's Rinnegan and the Juubi's Rinnegan.
