Sasuke, has no actual Senju DNA. He is the reincarnation of the older brother, Indra (who is an Uchiha).
Sasuke, now has a supposed "rinnegan", that looks like this:
Madara, has a Rinnegan that looks like this:
But the Ten Tails... Does not have a Rinnegan. It has been stated MULTIPLE TIMES that the Ten Tails has the Sharingan, and that's how Kaguya got it.... the Ten Tails Sharingan looks like this.
Madara calls Sasuke's new eyes "rinnegan" .....This makes no sense. How can he have the same (looking) eyes as the ten tails, but have them be called rinnegan, when he physically cannot have them.
Ok, One can have the argument of Sasuke having different-looking Rinnegan than Madara, because everyone's MS is different. But you have to realize, that a Rinnegan has NO TOMOE, and ALSO requires senjuu DNA....

The only two eyes that look like this, are Sasuke's left eye, and the Ten Tails' one eye. (Remember, this is the same eye as Kaguya's because she has the 10T chakra) Also, Madara's eye. Which he just got last chapter... and hagoromo (similar/same reason as Kaguya)
Madara Just got the same type of eye as Sasuke, in this most recent chapter. (refer to picture above for sasuke's version)
The 10 tails does not have Senjuu DNA. It cannot have a Rinnegan.
But the problem lies here:
"when people possesing the power of transmigration get close to the moon" is how you get the eyes..... Which Sasuke did not do.
So6P was the 10T junchuuriki, which gave him the eyes...
Sasuke, is NOT the 10T, either.
So does that mean that the gift that the first hokage gave naruto, is Senjuu DNA? This has not been stated...... or an unrevealed jutsu? (the first DID say it was a jutsu, which he obviously has not used yet)

what, the hell, is that thing. It's obviously beyond EMS, but it's NOT a rinnegan either. (which again requires senjuu DNA that sasuke doesn't have, and didnt even exist until AFTER the s06p had/created his sons.
