the question is: How could Sasuke see Kakashi's hand signs for sealing the curse mark when Kakashi was at his back?
I think the only possible answer is that Kakashi has uttered the signs while he was weaving them ALTHOUGH neither in anime nor in manga he did that

Am I missing sth here dudes? =D

yeah as i said the only possible answer is this. but:

1- neither in anime nor in manga was this mentioned.

2- It's unlikely of someone like Kakashi to "utter the signs of a jutsu". I know u get what i mean =D

Well yes my friend, but that Jutsu isnt a secret, meaning that only a few or less know it. After all, Kakashi was using.the Curse Sealing Jutsu on Sasuke, dont u think Sasuke would have know what jutsu kakashi was going to use?
If he didnt know the hand seals then, he would have pick it up later on, like i said, he is a genius.

Sharingan's copy jutsu and peripheral vision perhaps. Itachi had that, which was how he was so great at kunai targeting. Or Kakashi may have told him the seals later on.
