無限月読 will not be broken so easily. It's a god-level attack that even Sage said would signify the end of the world. Being God, he sort of gets the final say on stuff like that.
Naruto is not immune to IT Sasuke might be, but I doubt it personally. This week's spoilers suggest that we're likely to get some manga filler. Maybe some Madara or Sage backstory.
It won't be clear for 3-4 chapters whether we're in IT-world or the real world. My friend on the manga company said this...
Naruto + Sasuke get dragged into the IT. Obito dies and somehow destroys the moon by warping it the **** away. Madara kills Obito during this time, angered his plan has failed. Most of the alliance is absorbed by the Shinju tree. The Edo Tensei are all killed off, including Hashirama.
Orochimaru plays his trump card and eats the fruit. He appears to have had some sort of tie to Kaguya and is literally an immortal body snatcher. Madara is killed, by Orochimaru but his powers are absorbed. Sage makes a brief appearance and entrusts the world to future generations. Naruto and Sasuke take down Orochimaru-Kaguya-Madara hydra thing. Manga ends. Everybody gets resurrected.
Naruto becomes new Sage and seems to live somewhere in the countryside with Hinata. Immortal hobo end. He decides he doesn't wish to be Hokage anymore. Sasuke grows a man-beard and becomes Hokage, and it's implied he has kids with Karin. Obito dies. Kakashi becomes Sasuke's advisor. Konoha is rebuilt, world goes on. Ninjutsu becomes a thing of the past.
