I am saying this on the basis of what is written on the Uchiha Stone Monument (TABLET) ..

Well, The Uchiha Tablet explains it a little bit. Then let's get into the explanations!!

~ God ==>> God surely means "Kaguya" as she was only one (in narutoverse)..!!

~ Yang ==>> Well, what I found about it is that it means "Positive Charge/SUN ". I guess and also I believe that
So6P himself was of Yang Nature..

* CONCEPT OF JUUBI ==>> Before getting into all this let me say that So6P himself said that due to the consequences of eating the fruit The tree gave birth to Juubi (or some kinda these lines -__- ). And So6P and his brother sealed it within "them" .. It is not cleared yet that So6P was saying that it was only sealed within him or also in his brother. If we suppose that the Juubi was sealed within So6P and his brother too. Then we have to believe that the "YANG part of chakra of Juubi" was sealed within So6P . And the other half (yin) within Sage's Brother..

~ Yin ==>> The above lines clear that the Sage's Brother might be Yin natured meaning "Negative Charge/Evil/moon"..

I mean that the concept of Stability states that where there lies Evil in this world there is also some angel like peoples
here in this World. I am just saying that the YANG and YIN should be equal in order for a World to be in Stable form

~ Power Equal To God ==>> If we take it's literal meaning we just find that If we combine the power of YIN and YANG we can get a power equal to that of GOD.. I mean that if So6P and his Brother (suppose he was evil like Madara/sasuke) joined forces they would have got power equal to that of Kaguya or could maximize it to the full potential of the Juubi..!!

~ Proof of power difference in Naruto World ==>> We all know that Naruto is a positive guy, so let him be YANG(sun) and Sasuke is a little bit negative type guy. So let him be Yin (moon)..!! And now if we combine there powers i.e. Yin and Yang we find out that there power had become equal to that of Juubi(or Kaguya)..

~ Putting it Other Way ==>> If we put it the other way, i.e. if we consider about Madara and Hashirama. We see that Hashirama was Yang and Madara Yin.. Now that the New Madara after being edo tensei'd and being modified with Hashirama cells.. We find out that Hashirama is now no match for Madara!! Right?? And now we see it clearly that Madara had attained the power equal to that of GOD!!

The sage is an equal of both Yin, and Yang. That's why he has both sides of the staff, and was able to give both Naruto, and Sasuke, yin, and yang release. Notice Obito has the staff that represents yin, while Madara the staff that represent yang, or I may be getting the two mixed up, but you get what I'm trying to say. One staff resembles the sun, the other the crescent moon. The sage has a staff with both, which would allow one to conclude he has an affinity for both yin, and yang.
