Well how about you give some more examples of promises he didn't keep? There's really none I can think of, he hasn't made that many

1. Promises to change Hyuuga Clan ways. After he becomes hokage
2. Promises to bring sasuke back. His Past life did it
3. Promises to bring world peace. Still in the process of it

These are 3 among many, you guys add yours.

EDIT: Not trying to bash, it just came upon me that he made a shit load of promises to people. I honestly think Kishi forgot about a lot.

Your main 3 are hardly relevant since they are things that are bound to happen at the end of the story U_U

Narutos fighting sasuke after this, he promised to change the Hyuga when he becomes homage. How do you expect a Genin whos resented by most of the village to influence an actual change in a long line of family tradition U_U And Madara JUST activated IT and its the final battle. World peace comes AFTER this U_U

In the filler Episodes he promised to visit many of the people he met. Maybe he already did. Or maybe he will.

In the Naruto Shippuden movie he promised he would help Shion make children.

In Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 he promised Midori that he would go on a mission with her after she is older.
