Against a God not even Hashirama could be a distraction. Even 8th gated Guy struggled against an 1 eyed Madara.

DOn't bring up Neji's death as an argument. It is unarguable the biggest fail of a rushed plot device in all of naruto. What was stoping Naruto from crawling away? Even then, Lee can't outright knock Sakura out so that point is moot right there. She'd heal from every single attack he has with Byakugo. Punches aren't doing anything, nor will Asa Kujaku.

What does byakugou do about the fire if sakura's hit with asakujaku?

He'll lose for the same exact reason that Gai will lose to Tsunade, because he can't kill his opponent, and Gates don't last the whole match due to strain, definitely not as long as Sakura can keep Byakugo up.

We don't know how long sakura can keep byakugo up but yeah I agree with you that she can hold it longer than gates but still if she's eliminated quickly, then that's a different case

Also, keep it IC. Lee doesn't use Ninja Tools.

Let's be honest...IC lee won't even fight sakura in the first place...every ninja has ninja tools and would use it if necessary..once lee knows about byakugo...he would not hesitate

Lets be serious here. Asa Kujaku didn't even set on fire, nor did it obliterate 30% Kisame's body when he used it. There is literally zero chance that it'll kill Katsuyu. She tanks it with little damage. Especially since its weaker than Gai's.
