Why would he switch sides if Obito was still alive ? If Obito was alive Zetsu could just use Kamui with Obito's chakra.

1. He switched so that Zetsu can control Kamui..duh. If its on Obito's side, then Zetsu cannot use Kamui unless he takes over fully.
2. Zetsu dosent need Obito's chakra to use Kamui. If Obito is indeed dead as you say, then Obito should have no chakra anyway.

i really dont think hes fully finished. Itd be nice still because if this was the end its bloody good way for him to end with the truth in all and madara being the one who basically bought him back then ended him.

Well yeah itd be naruto and sasuke to deal the final blow but I reckon madara will still be to great that its a hard battle and just as they prepare the final attack (obito/zetsu also being outside the genjutsu) obito will stop madara from this 'thing' and the final blow will be dealt.

Obito stopping black zetsu to give kakashi the sharingan is kool but hes already recieved an eye, new one from naruto but also obito has two. Thatd be sorta odd for kakashi to handle.

Obito is not gonna die now that he knows the truth about Rin. He will get some form of revenge on Madara. I think his knowledge on the mechanics of Infinite Tsukuyomi will play a role in stopping Madara.

- He has no chakra that's why Zetsu switched the Kamui so he could use his own chakra to escape the Kamui dimension.
