Is that a 10 tomoed rinnegan reflecting on the moon (or more) , or is it a somewhat big mistake?

Between Sasuke's rinnegan being drawn one time with 6 tomoes , another time with nine , then 6 , and 0 , and 6...
I'm a little confused.
I hope it's not a mistake and has a meaning.

what people need to understand is not to look into the detail's/symbol's/eye patterns so much when you read this series especially when you decide to make a theory based on those symbol's.

unless the writer explains/points out what the eye pattern means/symbol it could be a drawing mistake or something meaningless that shouldn't be linked to anything (a huge amount of theories failed because of that).

OT : if what you say is true about Sasuke then yes it's a drawing mistake hmm

That's plausible , and I prefer this answer , that wasn't a drawing mistake , that was just one of his tricks to fool me. *_* Aligato gozaimas.

One more point , the tomoes are drawn like if they were moving around the center.
