People are getting this wrong and they think that's saskue's perfect Susanoo

The first picture of Madara is PS - not a stabilized one though, only when he stabilizes the PS it takes the shape of a Tengu (tengu have those pointed beaks).

The second picture of Sasuke PS - Its a stabilized perfect susanoo but the characteristics are different from Madara's PS (this shows us that the perfect susanoo's are unique to each of them).

#Discussing about the size of Perfect Susanoo is pointless, what matters is their abilities :/
