Kishi is such a troll, lmao.

On the serious side, it's no wonder why Naruto said "Wait" because charging towards Madara alone is a ridiculous idea. Though, Kishi hasn't destroyed the notion of teamwork. He specifically included that scene to show that fighting individually isn't going to help (thus why Sakura had to be saved). Kishi is basically suggesting that in order to defeat Madara, everyone has to work as a team which I am expecting to see in the next few chapters.

I think you're too focused on Sakura. You may be right, but it still doesn't change the fact that Naruto and Sasuke did nothing while Sakura rushed towards Madara. They had the speed to do something before Sakura was stabbed. Thus, there wasn't much teamwork because of those two idling guys. Naruto and Sasuke only acted once Madara stabbed Sakura.

Not focused on Sakura, focused on fact. She tried to take charge as team leader. It was still teamwork but not perfect or planned well, and they did back her up, but they chose to save her instead of keep going like she said. She probably expected them to ignore her and fight. And as I said before, we have more chapters to come before we judge what Kishi intended to do with teamwork.
