I didn't state it wasn't. I stated Hagoromo did not write it, but instead Indra and the Uchiha. Fully read and comprehend peoples' statements before replying to them, please..

Hagoromo doesn't said in detail but it also doesn't state he didn't write.. To me, I'm sure Hagoromo did wrote it & not Indra or his reincarnation due to:-

1) Madara "ACTION" from beginning (steal Hashirama DNA) until he awakens third eyes
2) Hagoromo itself said "I left behind the Stone Tablet", this must for some reason..

For Indra or others Uchiha, I'm very sure he didn't wrote it, if not Indra or others reincarnation before Madara would do as Madara did right now...

Hagoromo out right said he left the tablet behind to guide the uchiha lol. And you provided one source which is originally from ***********.com. Guess what? They're notoriously known for their mistranslations. Not to mention only a rinnegan user can read everything on the tablet, which goes to show Rikudou wrote the tablet. It's that simple.

Here's another translation you might want to consider since you think Viz is wrong on this one:

You must be registered for see images

And this is directly from the japanese RAW: Credit to TakL

Hagoromo: Thing is, Madara created a certain problem during his term as tenseisha (/Before the expiration of his term as tenseisha).
Madara being too obsessed with power, robbed Hashirama of his power.
In short, that resulted in fusing a part (/portion) of the chakra of the younger brother, Ashura and the chakra of the elder brother, Indra into one
...which added up to the power of my chakra as such.
Yea... he opened rinnegan.
Hagoromo: I knew that Indra or Indra's temsei side would bring forth such a case. That's why I left the tablet on which I wrote down the guidance for them to reconsider it .
Hagoromo: Apparently to no avail tho.
Naruto: so great grandpa Sage, you've been watching over squabbles between your own kids?

That's 3 to 1. You lose.

So the actual meaning Hagoromo left the Stone Tablet was "Prevent & Remind"..

1) To prevent Shinobi do as Madara did..
2) To remind them they will bring destruction to Shinobi World.. "The Rebirth of Shinju"...

I've grown weary of people making threads, bashing Hagoromo and stating he is the cause of the war because he inscribed the Uchiha stone. On at least ten credible sources however, he states Indra and the Uchiha were the ones who wrote of the Senju DNA secret, not him.

Here are at least five of those and I believe the Viz scan shares the same translation though I was unable to find it and the site is for volume buying customers only. A friend of mine also reads Japanese and states the same thing. I don't want to hear any more crap about Hagoromo being the one who inscribed the senju DNA secret unless people have viable proof that that is the case.

Interestingly enough, I probably misinterpreted this part.

Until now, I knew that Hagoromo and no one else was the one who wrote inscriptions in that stone tablet.

The main objective of this stone (MangaPanda's interpretation) was for Indra's descendants to reconsider if cooperation were not the right way in terms of trusting companions, but as this tablet had a double-interpretation, Indra's descendant considered 'cooperation' being the addition of DNA to awake the Sage's power.

As you can appreciate, even if the bottom-right panel 'differs' in a manner of speaking, in the next frame Hagoromo says (in your links): "But the meaning had become lost", (and in my link) "But it seems it didn't work", revealing that both interpretations points towards the same line: Hagoromo didn't speak about Indra's descendants revealing the process of awakening the Rinnegan only because they knew... they only misinterpreted Hagoromo's words.

So esentially, Hagoromo is still responsible for the reapparition of the Rinnegan, though he did not do this in purpose.
