The only major difficulties are MS Obito and Pain.

IMO apart from the above difficulties, the rest should be relatively easy since Itachi, Oro, Danzo, Shisui, Hiruzen and Kakashi are being part of ANBU.

Actually Obito and Pain should also be relatively easy as they can defeat them by using KA on Obito and then defeating Pain.

Restrictions seemed pretty favored towards the ANBU. I don't think we have any confirmation that Hiruzen or Orochimaru were ever ANBU and putting Kankuro and Neji in just because is kinda cheating.
How about we take out Itachi since he fell under both and put Orochimaru in Akatsuki since he was a member at one point and would be a decent replacement.
Then it's a much closer match.
