I think personally for an Amazing ending, after Sasuke and Naruto have a fight with Madara, the last second Madara beats them OR

Sasuke and Naruto Beat Madara, Celebrate ect ect

but than we get a real life panel of Madara watching over Everyone, and everyone is zombie-fied so It would mean he already won.

Also Kishi is not going to hurl a story he has been writing for a decade with various themes and different points out the window just to do a bad guy wins ending, he spent too much time arguing points in the manga, like never give up and the Child of Prophecy thing, the peace that Jiraya and Nagato wanted.

The redemption of many characters will also be pointless, and all the talk about the power of friendship becomes pointless.

Excatly this isn't a Dark manga, so that wont happen, but it would be cool if Madara wins & we get to see the dream world, then someone breaks out of it, then we get another battle
