The latest episode did show Guy using Hirudora against Madara's Susanoo, so does it mean that Madara got shattered by it, and later regenerated the end of the episode?

They totally screwed Hirudora... It was supposed to hit the Susanoo.

It broke Madara's Susanoo but Madara himself wis fine. Even if he wasn't, he would have just regenerated because he was an edo.

Indeed and the anime made the blast radius smaller Gyuki, even the only that hit Kisame was much larger in the anime.
