How Infinite Tsukuyomi works

Alot of people seem to think that you have to ALWAYS look at the moon to be under infinite tsukuyomi....

Ok so let me get this straight, you guys know for a FACT that to go under regular tsukuyomi you just glance once and youre in it. But you have to stare at the OBVIOUSLY more powerful Infinite version -.-

the normal Tsukuyomi and the "Infinite Tsukuyomi" don't work the same way.

Anyone who knows anything about Tsukuyomi (aka Sausage Uchiha) can forewarn everyone to not look at the moon.
The reason it is on the moon is for retards to look up at it who have no experience with genjutsu, but that can be fixed by simply moving all the fodders to a different time zone.

Its kinda something you just CANT look at -.- its the full ****ing moon. And its red. An eye catcher. One glance and you're in it. There is no way Sasuke can tell the ENTIRE alliance and the rest of the world to not look at the moon -.-

Everyone whos at home with their families and people who dont know about Tsukuyomi which is pretty much everyone besides the main cast and higher ups in other villages, are gonna notice the moon. Be like hey whys it red????? BAM Infinite Tsukuyomi U_U

it would make more sense for the ultimate/the most critical Genjutsu, the one that is supposed to put the whole planet under a spell to instantly work without any conditions (like looking in the sky).

also there's always a way around a jutsu that depends on vision, maybe it's sunny somewhere else (at that same time), maybe there are people who live in a place where they can see nothing in the sky (windy/stormy) so does that mean they will be left out ??

putting conditions like that on the ultimate GenJutsu makes seem not so "ultimate".

The moon never sets, even if one half of the world doesn't see it, they will eventually, and since a very small portion of the world, all of which is now in the current location of the MT know of MT, they can't warn the others. It was never stated it envelopes the whole world all at once, it could be a process.

when did i say it's flawless ?? it's not, it has a big list of requirements and it's seriously slow looking at it's scale.

i called it the ultimate Genjutsu because of it's huge scale/effect.
