So why isn’t Sakura dead? In this chapter she was impaled by Mardra’s “Truth-Seeking Ball” thingy. The same thing he used on Hashirama that negates ninjutsu. Preventing Hashirama from regenerating, thus making him a non-factor. So….How is it that Sakura can heal herself and the “First” couldn’t?

hashirama was impaled through several pressure points so he couldnt manipulate chakra and is also an edo tensei so omyoudon effects him..

sakura was gathering a large amount of chakra with a fuinjutsu on her forehead.. she simply released all that stored chakra its more chakra control than a jutsu..

naruto saved her from the black rod and thus she began healing once the rod was removed.. because unlike ninjutsu the byakugou is a steady chakra flow to the injured area the moment that rod is removed the healing process will start..

its not ninjutsu so the black rod wont affect it in the same way as edo tensei

Why did Minato warn not to touch the black stuff to Gai, then again he may not know that it affects Edo Tensei regeneration or it would take away Gai's gates since it destroys ninjutsu.

1. Onmyoudon - turns ALL ninjutsu's to nothing.

2. Its obvious shes not Edo Tensei. Has nothing to do with her using a healing ninjutsu. She should be dying from that wound.
