That have ZERO traits in what constitutes a badass.

They are both not badass. That's not how their characters come across or are presented in this Manga. That's fact.

Being a badass is a pesonality type that carries throughout the Manga.
Sakura and Tsunade do not display traits that show they are badasses throughout this Manga.
That's not the way their characters behave.

There was nothing badass about them releasing their seals. I even called it 'supposed' badass moments, meaning you think the monet was and I don't.

When Tsunade opened the seal, it was more dramatic and she seemed more determined. When Sakura opened the seal, it seemed to me as an act of desperation. So Tsunade was more badass when opening the seal compared to Sakura.

At the release of the seal? I'd have to say Tsunade just because of the fact that it made more of an impact to the reader, given how he hadn't knew about this technique until now.
However, I am waiting for Sakura's real BA moment... It's just around the corner. xD
