Intent: To Defeat Gaara & Shukaku

Restriction: Minato can only summon One Toad, 8th Gate, RDS

Opening Post: Either Party is Entitled to the Opening Post; First Come, First Serve

Scenario: Gaara feels as if Shukaku should re-emerge with him once again however, Konoha's elders believe that the Bijuu should be held on a leash, and controlled thus, disapprove of Gaara's decision. Gaara being the Kazekage overrules The Konoha Elders' decision, thus causing Konoha to send two elite shinobi: Minato, and Gai on a mission to Defeat Gaara, and Capture The One-Tail.
