Sasuke's susanoo is more similar to Indra's than Madara's is in appearance-maybe that signifies more power. I suspected that he may get some flight/gliding due to his affinity with hawks, but I wasn't sure. Great theory though.

We can't fully see Indras Susano'o. The hole could still be in his Chin, and the other 2 horns could be further on his head. Indra is Progenitor, His Susano'o >= Godsuke's.
