Remember what Kakashi said about her wanting to save Sasuke from the darkness? If he showed any emotion it would mean he had repaired the broken bonds, and she doubts his true reasons for being Hokage. This is not good foreshadowing for Sasuke.

I know, but I was thinking with how sever the situation was now Sakura wouldn't be worried what Sasuke thought. I guess maybe it was the team work factor? idk..

It's a bad way for Kishi to add it, but he had to throw in the triangle again too. Naruto saving her, her trying to see how Sasuke felt. I know what she is trying to do but Kishi chose the wrong place for it. He did react without her seeing it though, so maybe there's hope for him.
