Oh if you don't care then you wouldn't have made a thread about it, I think you made it so you can get approval from everyone else that your theory is or might be legit. That is why everyonemakes theories. Anyway I doubt that, I think its impossible for him to do that simply because the jutsu you showed requires the markings of shukaku to be present in the sand. Gaara cannot produce those markings, his sand does not have them the last time he used them was when he was fighting Deidara. So in essence Gaara cannot do that sealing jutsu without Shukaku no matter how hard he tries.

Oh I am glad you asked, its because Naruto has Shukaku's chakra and Gaara doesn't afterall they sucked all of it, just that Gaara retained his ability to manipulate sand.

Well about that Kishi was talking about the ability to control sand since the interviewer was talking about that. But then how would you explain the fact that Gaara cannot use the curse seal on his own if he still has Shukaku chakra

How do you know Kishi was only pertaining to his sand? You his wife? Gaara just learned about Shukakus Cursed Seal, theoretically he should be able to use it now since he knows about it.
