Chakra Enhanced strength does the same but more focused....in order for a Hyuuga to destroy it they would need to combine it with Chakra Enhanced Strength.

Concerning the tailed beasts, they'll be hurt but they are ****ing gigantic. It won't put them down or a Hyuga would need a LOT OF CHAKRA to hurt them with one attack

Hashi's wood absorbs kyuubi's a tailed beasts chakra but not susanoo's.
And read femme's post again that some sense strength+gentle fist has more chance

Real debate. Ill make the topic quick:


1. Everyone on the base can agree on one thing, this has been stated by characters and the data book itself: basically,Susanoo is a manifestation if the users CHAKRA.


2. That being said. Ill explain a little bit about how the Gentle Fist works. Ill use Neji as a reference.

Basically, in a nut shell a Gentle Fist user, a.k.a Neji can emit chakra thru the pores on his fingertips. Even elite jonin struggle to do this.
By doing so, he can send his chakra in,"disrupting" the flow of chakra based objects be it other ninja, water prisons, Kidomarus "unbreakable"webs, ect....

Basically, here, the same rule applies to this as it does genjutsu: If someone is trapped in a genjutsu and interrupt thier chakra with yours somehow, it will be broken. (Except Itachis genjutsu....lol)


So the question is:

Is there any reason Gentle Fist shouldn't be able to penetrate Susanoo?

Gentle fist can only have an effect if the hyuga can get close enough to physically hit the susano user's chakra points. Gentle fist is just chakra from the palm/fingers. Susanno has been shown to block chakra based attacks like odama rasengan>gentle fist.

But honestly, I almost died when I saw the thread title. Thanks for the laugh though.

It would depend on the mount of chakra the jyuuken user inserts. More chakra, more power, thus more destruction.
