But it is canon fact that it can destroy chakra or things made from it. There was no limit given to it, meaning you can't say "it's too weak" since there is no evidence to suggest it couldn't break susano'O

Kidomarus web. The reason they could not be destroyed by normal means was because they were made from chakra. Neji destroyed them via Gentel Fist.

Kisames Water Prison. Neji destroyed it by using the Full Body Blow, again a different technique yet the exact same attack method as the Gentel Fist.

Things like susano'O, earth or water style, or rasengan can be touched and held onto, so they can he destroyed.

People can touch susano'O without being hurt, they same is not true for TBB
