Seriously, Sasuke's teleportation+Naruto's brute power is greater than anything in bleach. I could go into depth on why this is a case. Heck, BSM Naruto+ EMS Sasuke probably gets the same results in victory.

Naruto verse can see souls.....god knows how many times this has been clarified...souls were seen during Rinne tensei, Edo tensei release, Naruto was able to see and touch his own soul, RDS Shinigami.....etc
Even OP characters can see souls....Peronas ghosts, Brook's soul!!
