I do agree that Gaara might be able to fuse Juinjutsu with his own chakra. he has.
but how strong is it ? From what we know Madara was able to bust out of Full sized Shukaku's seal without
even using perfect Susano'o... Now the thing is Gaara only has a little part of complete Shukaku.

So how strong will it be ?
