A full day of both madara and hashirama fighting made VOTE,deva path made konoha crater which is bigger than that,nagato can do a cst of that level with much less effort than tendo,as he is so much more powerful than tendo,thus a cst from tendo would pass on as a medium scales st for nagato(i know you will probably try to refute it).
