Why is KA a restriction? He'd have to have it himself and not a crow with a pre-programmed order that he had to do outside of battle. In any Itachi fight, someone always pulls up this jutsu but he doesn't actually have it....

Since Itachi planted KA crow inside of Naruto through genjutsu that means it was a "duel"(confrontation) and the crow cast KA during the battle Edo Itachi had with KM Naruto . So Itachi programmed, implanted, activated and cast the KA Crow (Shisui's) Kotoamatsukami all through battles. In other words, all that stuff happened in battle. KA wasn't available at the time it was given to Itachi though.

Anyway, Obito would win due to intangibility and Itachi at 14 may not be quite able to decipher it. We know he could in due time, he's extremely intelligent, but I wouldn't put a 14 year old Itachi on a Kakashi at 31 who had trouble deciphering the technique that even came from the original owner.

Intangibility, Phasing.. the activation of that jutsu does not preotect you from Ocular Genjutsu. While Phased, Obito can still see , so he is still in danger of being Ocular Genjutsu'd by an Ocular Genjutsu user. Phasing so far has only protected Obito from Physical contact.

Itachi doesn't have a counter for kamui when he was 14, Nor does he when he was an adult. So the logical answer would be Obito > Itachi.

Chibakuu Tensei (I think was the orb that pulls everything towards it) and to counter it , Itachi attacked it as he was being pulled towards it. If Itachi activates Susano'o , he can use its jutsu to strike at Obito while he's being pulled towards him. His activation of Susano'o is pretty fast.

basically here is Obito (after watching Zetsu's recording of the Itachi vs Sasuke fight) saying that Itachi would've(could've) killed him if they both had info of each other's jutsu. (adult Itachi)

ot: they both had MS, Obito phasing & Itachi Tsukuyomi.. Obito would win most likely still.. wearing a Mask. (which hides his sharingan).

Still, one succeeded, and the other failed.

Minato dismissed his logic later on, saying it didn't matter who he was. And no matter what you say, he still lost. Badly. He managed to get a sneak attack on Minato, and still got owned.

The battle would be over quickly, seeing as how Obito would be relying on Kamui blitzes, so the issue of chakra reserves shouldn't crop up.
