I personally don't think Katsuyu can do anything offensively noteworthy against J-man. She's only there for healing imo.

Who'd win?

I would say sakura, sage mode is jman's best feat imo and I really don't know what he can do without it. Could jman avoid not getting hit by sakura?

The swamp isn't getting someone who has perfect chakra control. If a ninja can walk on the water, than I'm damn sure he/she can also walk on the mud.

This. We have no proof the swamp reacts the same way as water. We can't just speculate.

Even if she could put her feet, she isn't a sensor and lacks a way to notice chakra build up. She won't accept an underground either, its already been proven by Kakashi the place you expect to be hit the least is beneath you. By the time she's activated chakra on her feet she will be waste down in mud, vulnerable to Katon/Hair smashing/Bunta Suiton balls which would blow her head off. YOLO IS MY MOTTO.
