600 chapters ago, Kishi didn't have a back story bout hashirama... Yet it was said by tobirama when they got revived in the Uchiha's place that their power at that time weren't in its full extent

His characters, on the other hand HAVE. He is not the characters he draws. He gives them distinct personalities and opinions. If this manga were all Kishimoto's words, Sasuke would be dead because Deidara thought he killed Sasuke.

It doesn't matter how much hype he has, he hasn't shown anything yet. As we are getting close to the climax of the manga, it's getting doubtful he'll ever show Hiruzen to have anything great, plus....
