I've had a YouTube account since 2012 and I didn't make any videos for a year but when 2013 came around I started making more videos. I need your guys opinion on how I can improve my videos and what I can do better for my channel. As of right now I can upload PS4 and PC gaming. I only have 43 subscribers and I want to get more.

Here is my channel:

1. Take some gfx lessons to improve in making thumbnails, banners etc.
2. Make a channel without any numbers like Naruto865 but just something like Narutoblaze or something it's more professional
3. Make consistent daily uploads to improve your content and channel.
4. Make videos between 10-30 minutes because longer videos would bore people.

And that's my feedback

this ^ plus some stuff I've noticed

your voice is monotone and it sounds like you have a cold
you need more confidence when you speak
if you're lazy and don't want to record the videos you can't expect to get views
and uploading videos daily or often keeps people subscribed to you
stop saying "please give me views" that's desperation and people don't like that
the key to getting a lot of views is standing out from the crowd, what makes your videos different? and would I want to watch this if this was someone else? these are questions you should be asking yourself!

here's a link to a video that may help you it's long but it's worth the watch

these guys are the best of the best imo that's why they have their own panel

I don't really think it's monotone my voice tbh. On the other hand I don't really have a good commentary voice. When I add not that much excitement in my voice I don't like it because it's just not me.

Keep videos under 15 minutes, I see a lot of youtubers like Syndicate, OpTic Nadeshot, etc. have under 15min videos.
Focus your channel on one area, gaming is fine, don't mix in music or PC tutorials, do all that later.
Start off with short videos, playing with friends, make your videos funny.

What do you use to record your PS4 gameplay? Or is that the PS Share service or something?

The PS4 has a constant recording thing. If you want to record something just click the share button twice in rapid succession and then this video icon with a red icon will appear and that's when you know you're recording gameplay and then click share to end the recording and the recording will be placed in where with whatever t game you just played. Then what you can do is go to your video gallery and go to whatever game you just recorded and then it will say copy to USB storage system and you can plug your UBS drive and check the video that you want to be copied to your USB and it will copy your video to a USB drive. Then you can commentate it from your computer if you have a microphone

You can also commentate it from a PS4 program that they just released in the last update and it's called shareFactory and you can take your video and edit it. Put an intro and outro like how I did in my "Channel Update" video. The reason why you probably couldn't hear me so well is because I was using the PS4 mic that came with the PS4.

Isn't there a setting in mic options or something like the PS3 to increase the sensitivity of the mic to hear yourself better? I don't have PS4 yet, so I wouldn't know. Alternatively, you could get a mic for your PC and record your voice at the same time and then sync the audio and video or just commentate on the gameplay afterwards. Talk about short stories or something.

On the PS4 there is a way but I would have to decrease the audio that I'm hearing through my mic such as the game noise so it will sound better but to make it louder I don't think there is a way. I have a mic for my PC and I commentate my video and I put it in my editing software.

I don't have any good stories that happened to me really.
