The only thing I am trying to postulate is in what time period will Naruto and Sasuke gain their final power-ups and when will Naruto talk to the Sage... How many chapters? Any ideas?
In year 2013 as if he was in the future!

I found this one last night by accident:
This was written by someone in 2011 and I still wouldn't be surprised if there was some truth in it, after all why is Obito the only ninja that has space/time..like this guy says maybe because the Sage created him, with creation of all things. (Obito also has no parents) exactly for this purpose, hence the fact he also says he expected all these things to happen.

Since whenever kishi does something for naruto, he then does something for sasuke and vice versa.
