Throughout the manga from the start, we know that he don't give a shit about girls. All he cared about was his goal to kill Itachi. His only thought was to get stronger to kill Itachi. And after that, he wanted to crush Konoha, because of the clan massacre.

The massacre shaped him into an avenger and someone who didn't give a shit to anything except for his goal to "revive the Uchiha".

But how if the massacre didn't happen....?

If the Uchiha Massacre didn't happen, Konoha would have went to war with the Uchiha clan, resulting in Sasuke having somewhat of a similar mentality towards the leaf village. It would be similar to Madara's life. Madara and Izuna = Itachi and Sasuke.
