If I were selfish, I would build a secured neighborhood full of modernist mansions that only I could live in with each of them having very expensive cars on the outside. I would also open shady businesses targeted at making the lower class even lower for my own gain.

If I were selfless, I would donate billions to 3rd world countries in need and open high-tech research labs used to find cures and vaccinations for the leading killer viruses and STD's. I can honestly say I would find much more happiness in the selfless option lol.

I would donate 80% of it to NASA or create my own personal space agency, 10% would go towards research in medicine, and the other 10% would go towards schools so that they can hire better teachers, not more advanced technology. 1 of the things i would do is, Build A Great City Of Gold and Treasures placed at the top of a Circly Carved mountain on a large tropical island that I Own, with the most beautiful birds, trees and animals surrounding it, and the whole city would be filled with the most beautiful women in the world whom i practicly own. LOL spend every night with a different woman sleeping on silk surrounded by gold and diamonds and all the rare nobel stones, Ah the beauty of this fantasy

and the ocean to cover, and I would pay as much as it takes to make that city a state on its own lol
