Obito is just that strong . It took BM naruto . Kakashi , Gai to actually land a hit on obito . the main part was kakashi cause of kamui . It doesn't matter how much power up naruto will get as he can't even touch Obito . Only someone with kamui or madara can beat Obito ! Obito is a master of kamui.
So Yeah Obito > Naruto !

Obito > Madara, simple because of Kamui. If Madara didn't have Kakashi's eye, then he couldn't even touch Obito. Kamui is pretty much the best Jutsu if you think about it. Kamui >> Susanoo, Kamui >> Wood release, etc. If Obito had both eyes, he would literally be the greatest ninja, no one could lay a finger on him
