In Time You Will Realize that making a tier or top 10 list in Naruto is pointless . like Naruto vs Obito . i can't see how naruto defeats Obito without a kamui by his side ...also 8th gate gai stronger than juudara but he loses cause he can't kill him when he beats anyone else .

Kabuto is too low & Konan is too , she is on Tsunade & Mei Level .

How is Kabuto too low? Konan is not on Mei nor Tsunade's level. Jiraya easily beat Konan using a combination of katon and oil, Mei has even more firepower than that. Lava golems + suiton should be enough to handle Konan's paper shingami techs. And Tsunade is even stronger than Mei.

Juubito was able to tank multiple country busting attacks so I think he can tank whatever Naruto or Sasuke throws at him.

Gai, Kakashi, Tobirama and Kabuto are all far too low.

Which Obito are you talking about? Juubito could beat Naruto without Juubi Obito isn't beating him though. 8th Gate Gai wasn't stronger than Juudara......
