minato's kunai came into contact with a chakra based attack (juubis TBB) and teleported it so if minato's kunai came into contact with susano.. a chakra based entity then he can teleport it

anything his chakra has a connection to..

1) Itachi "ran away" from Jiraiya, therefore Jiraiya is stronger.
2) Kurama apparently messed up Naruto's chakra, so therefore it was somehow a disadvantage to have Kurama and Naruto amazingly overcame his "disadvantage".

Minato can go in Susano'o, he just has to throw the kunai near Susano'o.

Not offically Kage but definately Kage level. As Femme said "typically" though I wouldn't say Immune. Just that their level of skill allows them to recognize when they are in genjutsu and they have sufficeint skill and power to release it.
