nope never kakashi greatest asset was never the sharingan it was his intellect before he got the sharingan that made him powerful and it was his intellect with the sharingan that made him even more powerful some say since he doesnt have sharingan he cant use rakari those know nothing for one thing he only needs sharingan when he runs with it 2nd even if he couldnt use it he can use rasengan not only that he has ninken and his chakra reserves are not constantly being drained now kakashi was is and will always be on of the most popular charectars even if he was weak because everyone likes his personality

He played a major role in the war and he was a central character against obito especially since obito removed his mask he helped fight the juubi he was only ignored when obito was the juubi jinchuriki because he was injured showed up after that and everything come on what have you been watchimg he gave annimportant speech to obitl and all

I believe at this point he can use raikiri look at the raikages and killer bee they dont haveva sharingan and they do fine i believe kakashi at this point can deal with the tunnel vision thing

and kakashi is the reason obito is still alive, otherwise sasuke would have killed him, and without kakashi they would not have been able to fight obito effectively cause they couldn't touch him
