No. KCM's should be stronger. Also, Raikage can dodge it. FRS is not a speedy technique to begin with as Deva not only stabbed two Naruto clones but dodged FRS at the same time, and he doesn't even have any decent speed feats.

Nope. KCM rasenshuriken > SM rasenshuriken because the KCM version was called ultra big ball rasenshuriken while the SM version was only called big ball rasenshuriken. Plus the KCM variant was bigger than gamakichi while the SM variant is smaller than gamakichi

it depends on the size of the susanoo and wood release technique. MS sasuke's susanno for example will be destroyed by that technique. Only wood dragon and above wood techniques can tank it.
