I believe all the clans Orochimaru had interest in were related to Kaguya. So that's the Kaguya clan, Juugo's clan, Uchiha, Senju, Uzumaki, Kidomaru clan, Sakon brothers clan, Tayuya's clan, Jirobo's clan, and Hozuki clan. All these people have unique, OP abilities, I feel that's a hint that they're all very closely related to Kaguya and the SO6P.
