Interesting thread. I'd say confidence is a quality everyone possesses, and is capable of possessing. Sometimes it depends on a certain topic. If a person feels they know a lot about something, could even be tons of things. I can relate passion to confidence and the ability to express that passion openly with people who want to listen. There are many ways to view confidence.
