Orochimaru in the Bleachverse, as requested! The snake you see crawling out his sleeve is the manifestation of his Shikai, the Shiro no Orochi.
Basically Orochimaru's katana turns into a white snake and allows him to manifest several reiatsu-snakes and such for attack and defence. The big white snake in the background is his Bankai, though imagine it as being much, much, MUCH, larger, and eight-headed, and kind of fused with Orochimaru...yeah. Any more Naruto-characters in the Bleachverse requests?
