I think that Kushina is a little older if she lives.

I assume that Naruto was born when Kushina was about 22-24 years old. If she lives now, her age would be 38-40 years old.

Obito's meeting with Nagato was like a year before Naruto was born. At that time, I assume Nagato looks like 17-18 years old or close. After calculation, he was defeated when he was 34-35 years old.
