Top 10 highest chakras in Naruto?

Im excluding current maddy for obvious reasons.

Here's what I think in no particular order:

Naruto, hashi, kisame,3rd and 4th raikages, gaara( being able to keep up infinite draining sand armor and flight prolly takes a huge toll on his chakra but he never seems to get tired) sakura and tsunade (seals), minato(sm and bm?) Ems maddy, Sasuke (sage buff?)....all I can think of right now.

Anyone care to list their opinions from 1 to 10?
