My proof is the manga itself,Naruto talked about how people's fate isn't predetermined and they can change their destiny.Yet in Part 2 he is not only the son of the Fourth Hokage but the reincarnation of Ashura and the Child of Prophecy.This arc alone made everything Neji said in Part 1 spot on.

You still have yet to post explicit proof that Kishimoto forgot something. Not a surprise.

First of all, OP obviously plowed through thesaurus, as equating dialogues with citations ... well it gave me a laugh to say the least. These are dialogues, and yes he has. The fact he completely altered the key factors for Eight Gates proves the OP wrong.
