How is madara able to move?

I read the manga and inoticed he only has the top half of his body right now. Im pretty sure its cause sasuke cut him in half. But im trying to figure out how hes moving. Can he fly around? Im probably forgetting something so can someone clear this up for me?

Ok i was jw. I never knew he could fly. But if he can why dosnt he just fly over everyone and just wipe them all out with some powerfull long range jutsu. I mean its madara. You know he has one.

Kishi's nerfing him, yeah he should be obliterating the battlefield but he's not. He's been lacking lately & maybe getting the rinnegan will finally change that. U_U

The Juubi and it's jinchuriki's hype has been trashed ever since Obito got nerfed.I doubt Madara will be any different.

Apparently if Madara can survive being cut in half, he is immortal(except genjutsus' perhaps). if u think about it obito can survive being cut in half also(being able to teleport part of his body) how can obito still be living after teleporting his head off of his body and such
