No,,, He may have a faster reaction time to activate kamui,, but his speed of kamui is still unaffected,, as the Ootsutsukis have the speed to evade the warp comfortably,,as Obito still needs to maniffest physically to attack the sages fammily,, meaing that when he does attack themm,,, he will likely to be the one who is getting hit,,,,

Madara used Obito's Kamui and it was the same speed lol. For Kakashi's kamui it wouldn't even matter as Kaguya and Hagoromo would easily dodge that shit. They wouldn't even have to use the s/t technnique that Sasuke is using right now. Then he would get Infinite Tsukiyomi to the face.
