Do you like Team 7 as a unit or just it's members?

Aw, I like Sakura. There's no denying she was a complete badåss against Sasori at the very least xD Kishi just didn't develop her to her full potential.

If she could utilize that medical ninjutsu into the sort of chakra blade that Kabuto uses, it could be fantastic; or use that nerve confusion thing he used against Tsunade to a much higher extent. Paired with slug sage mode...@_@

She was awful in part 1 though. I disliked her then >_>

I prefer them as individuals (besides Sakura). We have not seen them work as a team for more than 600 chapters now so we dont really know what to expect. My favorite is Kakashi though xD

I only like Naruto and sometimes Kakashi. As a team they are horrible compared to Team Ebisu let alone Team Asuma or Kurenai.

What a lot of people don't realize is that Team 7 isn't like the other teams, the other teams get along fine, they work together perfectly and are great friends outside the battlefield.

Team 7 is the opposite, they work together well, but they are at each other's throats outside the battlefield.

They aren't a "dream team", they are a broken team that spends time trying to kill each other.

And that is why I like them as a team, they are a team that doesn't trust each other and their dreams and goals clash.

I've always felt that the entire Team 7 dynamic was forced. We've never really seen all 3 of them working together in a fight. Against Zabuza it was all Naruto and Sasuke. Against Haku it was all Naruto and Sasuke. Against Orochimaru it was all Naruto and Sasuke with Sakura only helping afterward when the two were unconscious. Against Gaara it was all Naruto and Sasuke with Sakura playing the damsel in distress.

The closest we've seen to all three fighting together was against the Juubi clones with Sakura being sidelined as a medic shortly thereafter. I understand that is what medics are supposed to do, but I wish her combat abilities were showcased more often.

I respectfully disagree. Their relationship feels forced and like they're both making the best of a bad situation and just dealing with each other because they were placed together, especially on Sakura's part. I don't get a sense of actual comradeship as I do from Naruto and Gaara, Naruto and Shikamaru, Shikamaru and Chouji, Hinata and Neji, Naruto and Hinata, or even Kiba and Shino.

I fail to see how it's forced or how they're dealing with each other. If anything I feel it was the most natural building friendship. They grew from barely knowing each other to becoming the friends they are today. Friendships build over time. It's not like one chapter Sakura hated his guts then the next considered him a close friend. I'd say the Chunin exams is when we really saw Sakura's growth as a human and care for others. She was ready to drop the exams just for Naruto, I don't think she even thought about Sasuke in that situation. But how is the situation bad may I ask?

The part i disagree with you is the fact that she was a complete badass against Sasori

1)If not for chiyo , she would not have the chance to even get pass hiruko
2)Chiyo rendered most of Sasori's puppet techniques known and since puppet techniques depend on surprise and catching the opponent unawares like "Hey , I didn't know the puppet can do that or that or that" , as shown in the 3rd kazekage puppet , Chiyo destroyed it's blades and wooden arms that came out of it and rendering it only able to use iron sand
3)Sasori let himself get killed and could have killed chiyo and sakura if he still wanted to

YES, this exactly. She has so much potential, she doesn't need to just be demonstrated as a support character xD they say several times about her fantastic chakra control abilities, there's a lot of stuff she could do with that o_o

That's true, Chiyo was crucial to that fight; still, Sakura's combat abilities were finally shown to an extent, and it's pretty much the only time we've seen it. I just really enjoyed that fight

Kishi could have at least built on the whole Sakura is a genjutsu type or maybe even have her use poisons in battles. I mean she was able to come up with a poison that put Naruto down and a knockout drug that put Kiba, Lee, and Sai out of commission for a short time.
