I know Haku, Hashirama, Madara, Neji, Itachi, Jiraiya, Dan, Hanzo, Deidara, Obito (at a time when he's using the flame-patterned mask), many or maybe most of the Hyuga Clan members (male members of course), Choji (Shippuden), Choza, I dunno about the Nara Father and Son, Inoichi, Ay's Father, Suikazan (is it right? the original owner of Samehada), and others in the 7NSotM, Indra, the Gold and Silver Bros., Kakuzu, Orochimaru, the Male Animal Path, The Soul-Eater-Mind-Reader-Whatever Path and Sasuke with his Cursed Seal Activated XD

Actually, any hair cut can be good as long as it suits the person. I'm just saying this as a hairdresser.
