Heres a fun project. I got the idea from a friend of Youtube, Im going to make it a little different tho.
What kind of Shinobi can you build with this criteria and the available jutsu. Their will be a point system so you cant make your person two hax. Also only manga material please. Also let me know if I should add or change anything. I rated everything randomly...

You may only choose 1 Dojutsu. This only gives base abilities, not jutsus, you must spend for the jutsus.
Base abilities for a Sharingan are ability to copy techs, read movements, see chakra flow
Base abilities for a Byakugan are near 360 vision, see chakra system/flow.
Base abilities for Rinnegan are giving all 5 basic natures, see chakra and chakra points, and see invisible objects.
